Peanut laddu



INGREDIENTS

Peanuts - 1 cup, dry roasted and peeled
Jaggery - 1/2 cup, powdered

Pulse the peanuts in a blender. You might have to do it several times, scraping down the mixture from the sides of the jar. Take care to run the blender in short pulses as the peanuts will ooze out oil and become peanut butter! 
The mixture has to be coarse. Then add in the jaggery and blend once.

Transfer to a bowl. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and form into round shape balls. Protein packed peanut laddu is ready! Store in air tight container.
