Peanut Butter Fruit Toast
A super simple nutrition packed toast for quick mornings or lazy weekends!
INGREDIENTS
Brown Bread Slices - 2, toasted
Banana - 1/2, chopped
Blueberries - 1/4 cup
Peanut Butter - 2 tsp
Pumpkin seeds - 1 tsp
Toast the bread slices and spread some peanut butter. Add any fruit of your choice. Top it with pumpkin seeds and just bite into it.
Peanut butter and pumpkin seeds are rich in protein. A 100 gm of peanut butter contains 25 gm of protein. An ideal and quick way to fuel up your day!
