Black chickpea - avocado salad



INGREDIENTS:

Black chickpea - 1/2 cup, soaked overnight and boiled
Avocado - 1, cubed
Bell pepper - 1/2, chopped (any color)
Cucumber - 1/2, cubed
Tomato - 1, chopped
Dill - for garnish

Dressing :

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, freshly ground
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp, neutral flavored oil or olive oil
White Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

Take a large bowl and add all the above ingredients. Prepare the dressing and add into it. Toss everything until all the vegetables are coated with the dressing. Garnish with few sprigs of dill leaves and serve.
