Zucchini coins

INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini - 3 to 4, sliced
Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp, freshly crushed

Heat oil in pan. Add in the sliced zucchini and stir them for about 4 to mins. Sprinkle some salt and pepper . Its that simple!!
