Spinach Avocado Smoothie



Avocados are naturally sodium, sugar and cholesterol free. Spinach is rich in iron. This makes a super power combo.

INGREDIENTS:

Spinach leaves - 1 cup 
Almonds - 8 to 12
Avocado - 1
Banana - 1, ripe
Pear  - 1/2, diced
Milk  - 3/4 cup, chilled


Blend all the ingredients listed above. Garnish with almond slivers and enjoy this super healthy breakfast smoothie!
