Zucchini dip




INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini  - 1, grated
Yogurt  - 1/2 cup
Salt  - to taste
Black Pepper  - 1/2 tsp, freshly ground

Grate zucchini and squeeze out the water. Add in yogurt, pepper, salt and mix well.
Refrigerate an hour before serving.

You can use this dip with fresh vegetables of your choice. It also goes well with potato chips or nachos.
