Strawberry-Walnut Smoothie



INGREDIENTS :

Strawberries  - 8 to 10, chopped
Walnuts  - 10 to 12
Banana  - 1, chopped
Milk  - 1 cup
Yogurt  - 1/3 cup

Blend together strawberries and walnuts. Then, add in banana slices. Next milk, yogurt and blend until smooth. 
Enjoy the super quick and super nutritious on-the-go breakfast !!
