Kale Apple Salad



Kale - called superfood for a reason. Often not so preferred because of its slight bitter taste, kale is one among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Its an excellent source of Vitamin-A, B6, C, K, iron and calcium.

INGREDIENTS:

Kale  - 2 cups, roughly chopped
Apple  - 1/2, thinly sliced
Raspberries  - 1/2 cup
Walnuts  - 1/3 cup, chopped

Dressing:

Olive Oil  - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice  - 4 tbsp
Honey  - 3 tbsp
Pepper  - 1 tbsp, freshly ground
Salt  - to taste

Prepare the dressing and keep aside.

Add in all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over this mixture. Toss well.
Enjoy the super healthy salad!
