Green Pea and Avocado Toast



INGREDIENTS

Frozen Green Peas  - 1/2 cup, thawed
Avocado  - 1, scooped and mashed
Salt  - to taste
Oil  - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Zest  - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice  - 2 tsp
Coriander  - 1/3 cup (or about 5 sprigs)
Mint leaves  - 5 to 6 leaves


Coarsely grind all the above ingredients in a mixer or a food processor. Toast the bread slice with some butter. Then, gently spread the green pea and avocado mixture onto it. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top and just relish it!

Tips:
You can use a spoon of olive oil for an enhanced flavor.
You can sprinkle freshly ground pepper instead of chilli flakes depending on your taste.
