Candied Baby Carrots
INGREDIENTS
Baby Carrots - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Add all the ingredients mentioned above into a pan or a thick-bottomed vessel. Allow this to boil for a good 15 to 20 mins on medium flame. The sugary juices will seep into the carrots making them fork tender. Allow to cool and enjoy the candied carrots !
