Oats Masala Pancake




INGREDIENTS

Oats  - 1 cup
Yogurt  - 3 tsp
Onions  - 1 finely chopped
Carrots  - 1 grated
Zucchini  - 1 grated
Green Chilli paste  - 1 tsp
Oil / ghee  - as needed
Salt  - to taste

Dry roast the oats (old-fashioned or steel-cut) for about 2 mins and grind into coarse powder. Transfer this into a bowl. Add in all the remaining ingredients (in the list above) and mix. Add in water to form a thick batter.

Heat a tava, drizzle a tsp of oil / ghee and spread a ladle full of the oats mixture onto it. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for about a min until you see the edges of the pancake turning brown. Then, flip it over and allow it to roast for another minute or so.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
