5-Minute Nutritious Sandwich




Yes!! this is a super-quick and super-easy nutritious sandwich which can be prepared in 5 minutes. This is why I love this recipe :-)


INGREDIENTS


Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
Bell pepper (Capsicum) - 1/2 finely chopped 
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
Cucumber - 2 tsp finely chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper powder - 1/2 spoon

Add the above ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Spread the mixture on the toasted bread slice.


Bell Peppers are a good source of vitamin A, B and C.
A medium-sized cup of sweet corn contains 3.5 grams of protein and they are also a source of Vitamin-C.

Tips


Use multi-grain bread to add more nutrition to this quick recipe.
You can sprinkle some Italian herbs for more flavor.
