Coriander (Cilantro) Chutney

Coriander  (Cilantro) - has many health benefits. Its great for the digestive system and helps lower blood sugar levels.
This chutney definitely enhances the taste of your sandwiches!

INGREDIENTS:

Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Roasted chana dal - 1 spoon
Green chillies - 2 to 3
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 1 or 2 pods
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Water - 3 to 4 tsp

Grind all the above ingredients into a fine paste. 
Store in an air tight container and keep it refrigerated.
