Black Bean Patty Burger
Black Beans are highly nutritious as they are an excellent source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. A cup of black beans can give you about 15 grams of protein.
These patties can be prepared in advance, may be a Sunday evening, so you are all sorted for the mornings. It just takes about 20 mins to prepare these.

- Line a baking tray with foil or butter paper, grease some oil and place the patties. Drizzle oil on top.
