Instant Choco Lava Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Biscuit - 1 pack or 20 biscuits
Milk - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Chocolate - 7 to 8 pieces
PROCEDURE:
Grind the biscuits into a fine powder.
Transfer to a bowl and add milk and baking powder. Mix well. Rest for 2 mins.
Meanwhile, apply some oil into the appam pan.
Add in baking soda to the biscuit mixture and mix. The consistency of the mixture has to be like that of appam batter and creamy. (not too thin)
Pour the mixture into the appam pan.
Place a chocolate piece in each of them in the center and cover it with some more of the biscuit batter on top.
Cover lid and cook on low heat for about 6 to 7 mins.
Remove it from the pan. Enjoy it as a tea time snack!
Note:
You can use any chocolate biscuit like Oreo, hide and seek or bourbon.
