Rasmalai flavored cupcakes



INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup, powdered
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch

Wet Ingredients:
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup, neutral flavor
Water - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Rasmalai Essence - 1/2 tsp

Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl and keep aside.

Pre-heat the oven at 350 F for 10 mins.

Brush the silicone molds with oil and dust it with flour.

Combine all the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk it. Then, add in the dry ingredients and blend for half a minute on low speed using a hand blender.

Fill in the molds with batter. Fill it half way through since they will puff up while baking.

Place the molds on a baking tray and bake them at 350 F for 16 mins.

Allow to cool for 5 mins before taking them out from the oven. Top it with some chocolate pieces. 

Tips:

Drizzle some chocolate on top.
You can prepare plain frosting (vanilla) and decorate it. 
You can use the regular cupcake mold.
The above measures can make 8 cupcakes.
