Green Bean Chickpea Stir Fry









































INGREDIENTS:

Green Beans - 1/2 lb, chopped into 1-inch pieces
Black Chickpeas - 1/2 cup, boiled 
Onion  1, finely chopped
Tomato - 1, finely chopped
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green beans and saute. Add in onions when the green beans are half cooked. This might take about 5 to 6 mins. Then, add onions and fry. Keep stirring intermittently until another 5 mins. Then, add in tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and serve with rice or roti.
