Ragi Walnut Laddu



INGREDIENTS:

Ragi flour (finger millet) - 1 cup, dry roasted
Walnuts - 1/2 cup, dry roasted
Jaggery - 1 cup, melted

Melt jaggery in a microwave or on stove-top. Allow it to cool. 
Grind the dry roasted walnuts into a coarse powder. 
Mix together the roasted ragi flour, walnut powder in a bowl. Slowly add in the melted jaggery and mix it well. Scoop out a small quantity of this mixture and form them into ball shape.
Store in an air-tight container. 

Notes:
Dry roast the walnuts and ragi flour for about 5 mins.
When you add in the melted jaggery, the mixture will turn into chapathi dough consistency.
You can add in 1 tbsp. of melted ghee if you wish to.
