Radish Raita
INGREDIENTS:
Radish - 2 medium, grated
Yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Green Chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Seasoning:
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 1
Coriander - to garnish
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Prepare the seasoning with the items mentioned above. Pour this seasoning into the bowl and mix everything well.
Garnish with coriander. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
This radish raita goes well with chapati and rice. Can be used as a dip with your favorite chips.
