Mushroom Stir Fry



INGREDIENTS:

Mushrooms  -  2 cups, chopped
Onions  -  1 medium, finely chopped
Tomatoes  -  1, chopped
Bell Pepper  - 1/2, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds  - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder  - 1 tsp
Cumin powder  - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder  - 1/ tsp
Garam masala powder  - 1/2 tsp
Oil  - 3 tsp
Salt  - to taste


Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onions, bell peppers and saute for a minute. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and mix. Next add the tomato and fry until the mixture turns soft and mushy. Then, add in all the masala powders and salt and mix well. Next add in the mushrooms and saute for about 5 to 6 mins. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
