Vegetable Stir Fry




INGREDIENTS

Broccoli crowns  - 1 cup, blanched
Potato  - 1, cubed and blanched
Carrots  - 2, chopped
French Beans  -  1/4 lb, chopped
Bell Peppers  - 1, chopped
Vegetable oil  - 4 Tbsp
Red Chilli powder  - 1/2 tsp
Cumin-Coriander powder  - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp
Salt  - to taste


Heat oil in a pan. Add in the carrots, beans and bell peppers. Saute them for about 5 mins. Then, add in the blanched potatoes, broccoli and all the masala powders. Mix all the ingredients well. 

Tips:

Blanch the potato and broccoli for about 5 mins.
Stir fry the carrots, beans and bell peppers for about 5 mins so that they remain crunchy.
