Carrot - Paneer Burji





Cottage cheese or Paneer as everyone calls it ......is packed with protein!


INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 2 cups (shredded)
Carrots - 2 (shredded)
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes  - 2 chopped
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Ginger-garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Green chilli paste  - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder  - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil  - 4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 to 3 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp (chopped) for garnish

Add oil to a pan and saute the onions. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix. Next, the shredded carrots and fry for about 2 mins. Then, the tomatoes and fry until they turn soft and mushy. After this, you can add in the red chilli powder and mix. Finally, shredded paneer, salt and fry for about 2 to 3 mins. Finish by adding in lemon juice and coriander on top.
