Asparagus Stir Fry with Peanuts



INGREDIENTS

Asparagus  - 1 bunch (steamed)
Almonds  - 7 to 8 (optional)
Roasted Peanuts  - 1/4 cup (pulsed in mixer)
Sesame Seeds  - 1 tsp
Garlic  - 2 pods (minced)
Oil  - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder  - 1/4 tsp
Pepper  - 1/4 tsp freshly crushed (optional)
Salt  - to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Add in the garlic, sesame seeds and groundnuts. Then, add in the steamed asparagus, red chilli powder, crushed pepper, salt and mix for a minute. Garnish with almonds and serve. 
A healthy snack packed with vitamins and minerals is ready in minutes!

Tips:

Steam the asparagus in pressure cooker for about 3 minutes. Alternately, you can also boil them in water for about 2 to 3 mins and drain.
This can be served as a starter as well.
